Inquiry privacy information.

When you send an inquiry, the website stores the details you provide: your name, contact information, event details, selected items and message. The Gatherings team and authorized website administrators can review these details to respond and help plan your gathering.

What the website stores

Your rental wish list is saved in your browser so you can return to it. When you submit the form, your inquiry is saved in the website’s database with a reference number. If your visit includes campaign links, their source information may be included with your inquiry to help understand how people find Gatherings. Do not include payment information or other sensitive information in the form.

Email forwarding through FormSubmit

We use FormSubmit to forward inquiries to gatheringsrental@gmail.com. The information sent includes your contact details, event information, requested items, notes, permission to reply and inquiry reference. A backup remains in our website inbox. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. Its privacy policy applies to its processing. Email acceptance by the relay does not guarantee inbox delivery; if forwarding is unavailable, your inquiry remains saved and you can email us directly.

Contacting you

Submitting the form gives us permission to contact you about this inquiry using your preferred contact method. It does not sign you up for promotional messages, take payment or confirm a booking.
